Jim Reitzel began his Real Estate career in 1990 and has maintained a standing in the top 1% of all REALTORS in North America. Amazingly he has achieved this without cold calling or door knocking. By building a referral based business using a unique marketing database plan, Jim has received over 300 referrals a year. Jim is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Certified Residential Specialists, The Accredited Buyers’ Association, Howard Briton’s Star Power, The Canadian Real Estate Association, The Ontario Real Estate Association, The Kitchener/Waterloo Real Estate Board and the Cambridge Real Estate Board. He attends at least 4 major conferences in North America and dozens of local training sessions each year and is a certified trainer with Keller Williams University. Education and lifelong learning are core values with Jim Reitzel. Jim has taught at the elementary, college and university level. He is a guest trainer and lecturer throughout North America. Kevin Reitzel has been a MegaAgent since 2002. He is an ABR, CRS, Mortgage Consultant, computer systems manager and has been the main speaker of the Millionaire Real Estate Investor Workshop since 2003. He has sat on the Keller Williams Advisory Board for investors. Kevin has a passion for helping buyers, seller and investors achieve their dreams. Kevin is a native of the Kitchener Waterloo area and makes his home here with his wife Laura.

Jeffrey M. Reitzel is a lifelong resident of Kitchener Waterloo and has been serving clients in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas since 1998. His passions include spending time with his family and helping others in their business and personal lives. Jeffrey is the Broker of Record for Mortgage Alliance Canada’s Mortgage Ltd, a Real Estate Broker, has taught for the Financial Services Underwriting Program at Seneca and Conestoga College and is a motivational speaker and a “son of a nice guy.” Jeffrey has been a guest speaker for the Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Canadian Institution of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL,CAAMP), the Chamber of Commerce, and various real estate, financial planning, and mortgage brokerage companies. Jeffrey was also featured on “House Calls,” a weekly television show on Rogers Television for 4 years, hosts a monthly Millionaire Real Estate Investor Workshop, was interviewed for “Millionaire Mondays” by bestselling authors Jay Papasan, Dave Jenks, and Gary Keller (Coauthors of The Millionaire Real Estate Investor), was voted the Top 40 Under 40 in the Waterloo Region and received the Person of the Year award by Mortgage Alliance for his community involvement and influence in the Mortgage Industry. Most recently Jeff has won the Mentor of the year award from WOW Waterloo Region.

Jason Gaukrodger has been a successful REALTOR for over 12 years. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and instructor with the National Association of REALTORS. Jason was born & raised in the Golden Triangle area and has an extensive knowledge of the area. He lives in Kitchener with his wife and 4 children. Jason is a valued member of our team and is always in high demand with our clients. He has a track record of proven customer service and excellence. Born and raised in Waterloo, Matt has an extensive knowledge of the area and the current market. Kendall comes to the Reitzel Team with a background in Creative Arts. She specializes in photography and graphic design and brings a fresh approach to marketing and social media. Kendall grew up in the GTA and has extensive knowledge of many different communities in Southern Ontario. Kendall resides in Waterloo with her husband and 2 children along with their dog Penny & cat Stanley.
